Children under 3 years old stay at a cost of €10 each night (they sleep in a crib). An extra crib is available by request after confirmation. The maximum number of cribs admitted is one. If you use the bed that is already in the apartment, you will pay €5 per person per night.

Smoking in the apartments is forbidden and animals are not admitted. The city tax of €6,00 per person per night must be paid in cash when you Check in. We also remind you that at Check-in the final cleaning fee must be paid, and all guests’ documents must be shown.

For any requests and emergencies, you can contact us 24 hours a day.

When the Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL – Restricted Traffic Zone) of the city is active in the historical centre of Rome cars are not allowed to enter.

The day is active:

from 6:30 to  18:00  from Monday to Thursday (no festivities)

from 14:00  to 18:00 on Saturday (no festivities)

The night is active:

from 23:00 to 3:00 from Friday to Saturday (no festivities)

In August the ZTL is never active.

Acilia is a neighborhood of Rome, so it’s Rome! 20 minutes (between bus and train) separate the house from Ostia Antica where you can visit its fascinating medieval village (IX century / XV century AD) called Gregoriopolis or you can admire the ruins of  the Roman settlement of Ostia dating back to the IV century BC notoriously more extensive than those of Pompeii.

With 30 minutes (between bus and train) you reach the sea of Rome (Ostia lido) and with 45 minutes (always between bus and train) you reach the center of Rome (Colosseum).

Near the house (5 minutes on foot) there is a restaurant, a couple of supermarkets, a sports center with a fitness center, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a pharmacy, etc…

Ostia, also known as Ostia Lido or Rome Lido, is one of the largest parts of the city of Rome. The holiday house is only five minute from the ruins of the Roman settlement of Ostia Antica from the 4^th century B.C., widely known as being larger than Pompei. You should also not miss the fascinating medieval village (9^th century/15^th century A.C.) known as Gregoriopoli!

The apartment is in Via di Prato Cornelio 186 Acilia (Rome) and is well connected.

Bus

Very close (30/100 mt) to Via di Prato Cornelio, there are the stops of the lines:

• Number 04 direction Ostia, with the last stop at “Lido Centro” station of the Roma-Lido train, and direction Acilia centro.
• Number 08 direction “Acilia” station of the Roma-Lido train and direction Casal Palocco.
• Number 03 (circular) direction Acilia centro/stazione.

Train

In Acilia there is the stop for the Roma-Lido train station which allows you to arrive in just 30 minutes to the center of Rome (Colosseum) o in 5 minutes to Ostia Antica and in 10 to the sea of Ostia.

The apartment in Via delle Baleari is well-connected.

Autobus

Very close to Via delle Baleniere is the stop for the number 4 bus, direction Lido-Centro main train station and direction Acilia, as well as a Cotral bus which goes back and forth to the airport.

Train

Eight hundred metres from the apartment is the train stop Lido Nord of the Roma-Lido train station, which allows travelers to reach in only 30 minutes the centre of the capital city of Rome (the Colosseum).
