This holiday apartment, located in Ostia Lido, is for 4 adults (+1). It is the ideal solution if you want to be close to the sea and nature. It offers a great way to visit Rome without spending a lot of money.
Via delle Baleari is a quiet residential street that is parallel to the famous street in Ostia for shopping: via delle Baleniere. It is a few minutes away from the beach and the centre of Ostia, which extends from the landing stage on the sea to the pedestrian area of Piazza Anco Marzio.
Thanks to the nearby train station (800 metres from the apartment), you can reach the archeological site of Ostia Antica in only five minutes, while in half an hour you can get to the historical centre of Rome to enjoy its beautiful, world-famous attractions: the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican.

Description
Perfect for both couples and families with children, the holiday apartment Ostia Lido is located on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a palace from the second half of the 20th century.
The apartment, recently refurbished, is 55 square metres in size, with a bedroom of more than 20 square metres, as well as a large kitchen and a bathroom.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160X200), a comfortable sofa bed in French style (140X200) and a LED TV. The large kitchen is furnished with an electric oven, a fridge, a microwave oven, dishes and pots.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, bidet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine.
The apartment has air conditioning with a heat pump for winter. It also has high-speed Wi-Fi internet and central heating.

The apartment is completely available to guests. The staff at Rome4Guest is always present at times of arrival and departure and is at your disposal throughout your stay.

Stay with children
Children under 3 years old stay at a cost of 10 € per night (sleeping in a crib). An extra crib is available by request after confirmation from Rome4Guest. The maximum number of cribs admitted is one.
If you use the bed which is already in the apartment, you will pay 5 € per person per night.
Information
Smoking in the apartments is forbidden and animals are not admitted. The city tax of €3,50 per person per night must be paid in cash when you check in. We remind you that the final cleaning fee must be paid when you check out.

Ostia Lido: Between Rome and Ancient Ostia
Ostia, also known as Ostia Lido or Rome Lido, is one of the largest parts of the city of Rome. The holiday house is only five minute from the ruins of the Roman settlement of Ostia Antica from the 4th century B.C., widely known as being larger than Pompei. You should also not miss the fascinating medieval village (9th century/15th century A.C.) known as Gregoriopoli!
Public transport
The apartment in Via delle Baleari is well-connected.
Autobus
Very close to Via delle Baleniere is the stop for the number 4 bus, direction Lido-Centro main train station and direction Acilia, as well as a Cotral bus which goes back and forth to the airport.
Train
Eight hundred metres from the apartment is the train stop Lido Nord of the Roma-Lido train station, which allows travelers to reach in only 30 minutes the centre of the capital city of Rome (the Colosseum).
