The house for rent in Acilia for 6 people (+1) is the ideal solution for those looking for an independent house with garden located between the center of Rome and the sea, in a place close to nature. It represents an excellent accommodation for visiting Rome at economic prices and it is suitable for hosting Digital Nomads for medium-long periods of stay.

The house is located in Via di Prato Cornelio 186, in a residential area of Acilia (Rome) and it is adjacent to the green area of the Madonnetta public park.

Thanks to the nearby bus stops 04, 08, 03 (located at 30, maximum 100 meters from the apartment) you can get to the train station (Acilia stop of the Roma-Lido line). From there you can reach:

the archaeological park of Ostia Antica in just 5 minutes (Ostia Antica stop of the Rome-Lido line);
Ostia mare in 10 minutes (Lido Centro stop of the Rome-Lido line);
The historic center of Rome in half an hour (Colosseum stop of the metro line B) to fully enjoy its world-famous attractions: Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Navona square, Spanish Steps, St. Peter and the Vatican.

Description

The house is suitable both for Digital Nomads and for a couple or for families with young children. The structure is in compliance with all the necessary permits and is insured.

It has an area of 100 square meters and is arranged over three floors. On the first floor there are:

the eat-in kitchen;
a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink;
a large living room with a comfortable french sofa bed (140X200cm) that overlooks a garden with a patio of about 50 square meters. In the living room there is air conditioning. The patio is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.

On the second floor there are:

– The bedroom with a queen-size bed (160X200cm). The room overlooks the garden from a terrace equipped with a table and chairs for two. In the room there is air conditioning;

– a second room with a workstation with ergonomic chair and 22-inch full hd monitor. In the room there is also a comfortable french sofa bed (140X200cm);

– a bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, sink;

On the third floor there is a large utility room with a washing machine. In the room you can iron and hang freshly washed laundry.

The house is equipped with independent heating with external methane gas boiler. Moreover in all the house there is ADSL Wi-Fi line and in some points via Ethernet.

From the house you can access the garage in the basement available upon request for a fee.

Check-out 8.00-11.00* – Check-in 16.00-20.00*

Arrivals and departures outside the hours mentioned above are possible but must be agreed and submitted for approval and may incur additional charges.

Guests have the house at their complete disposal for the entire duration of the stay. We are present at Check-in and Check-out and we remain at your disposal for any eventuality.

Please communicate your arrival time in advance so that we will be ready to welcome you at the apartment.

Acilia is a neighborhood of Rome, so it’s Rome! 20 minutes (between bus and train) separate the house from Ostia Antica where you can visit its fascinating medieval village (IX century / XV century AD) called Gregoriopolis or you can admire the ruins of the Roman settlement of Ostia dating back to the IV century BC notoriously more extensive than those of Pompeii.

With 30 minutes (between bus and train) you reach the sea of Rome (Ostia lido) and with 45 minutes (always between bus and train) you reach the center of Rome (Colosseum).

Near the house (5 minutes on foot) there is a restaurant, a couple of supermarkets, a sports center with a fitness center, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a pharmacy, etc…

Public Transport

The apartment is in Via di Prato Cornelio 186 Acilia (Rome) and is well connected.

Bus

Very close (30/100 mt) to Via di Prato Cornelio, there are the stops of the lines:

Number 04 direction Ostia, with the last stop at “Lido Centro” station of the Roma-Lido train, and direction Acilia centro.
Number 08 direction “Acilia” station of the Roma-Lido train and direction Casal Palocco.
Number 03 (circular) direction Acilia centro/stazione.

Train

In Acilia there is the stop for the Roma-Lido train station which allows you to arrive in just 30 minutes to the center of Rome (Colosseum) o in 5 minutes to Ostia Antica and in 10 to the sea of Ostia.
